NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY: Due to an influx in no call/no show appointments, we find it necessary to enforce a policy as follows: after the first no call/no show, you will be required to place a deposit before your next appointment. The amount of this deposit can be discussed with your stylist on an individual basis. We have started seeing an increase in abandoned appointments and when this happens it has a negative impact on not only our stylists, but other customers as well. We book out time for appointments and without notice, we are not able to fill that time spot for a client who would show up for their service. It impacts us financially as well, if we are not doing services, we are not making money. We hope our customers understand and if you have any questions, please speak with your stylist.
