I've been in this business since 1983 and one of my favorite parts of doing hair is seeing a person's whole demeanor and being change with a new style. I do a lot of blonding services, but what I really love is watching my clients come alive again when they get a fresh color or style. I just think making people feel good about themselves is the best part of my day.

I first got into this business when I was looking for a career that could be taken anywhere in the country. I started out in Oregon and got to take it to California before coming back to Oregon. At first my passion was for special effects makeup and I really wanted to do makeup for the movies. But life had other plans and over time I ended up gravitating towards color and blondes.

I want my clients to have a style that they feel comfortable and confident recreating themselves. I don't want to be the stylist that you feel the need to wash your hair again after they're done with it.

In my free time, I love to travel. I'm always doing something or going somewhere. I figure when I'm old I won't be able to do those things so I want to do them now while I can.
