NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY: After the first no call/no show, you will be required to place a deposit before your next appointment. The amount of this deposit can be discussed with your stylist on an individual basis. When abandoned appointments happen, it has a negative impact on not only our stylists, but other customers as well. This policy gives all of our clients the best availability. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask your stylist.
