NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY: After the first no call/no show, you will be required to place a deposit before your next appointment. The amount of this deposit can be discussed with your stylist on an individual basis. When abandoned appointments happen, it has a negative impact on not only our stylists, but other customers as well. This policy gives all of our clients the best availability.
